The Kenilworth Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) includes parents and teachers of Kenilworth Elementary School. In collaboration with the principal, the PTO works to provide resources and parent input to the school in order to support the overall educational mission. The PTO provides countless hours of valuable volunteer time devoted to the Kenilworth Community.
Did you know that our PTO funds are used to provide the following?:
- Field trips and enrichment programs
- Playground maintenance and new equipment
- Beautification of our school and grounds
- Support to Kenilworth families and the community
- Basic classroom supplies
Meetings
Meetings are open to everyone and occur monthly on the second Tuesday of the month, with some exceptions. Please link to the calendar for upcoming meeting dates.
There is no membership fee. Everyone is invited to participate, vote, and be informed. Flyers advertising PTO sponsored activities are also sent home throughout the school year.
Your PTO is responsible for many services and projects for the school and students, such as providing partial funding for field trips, assemblies, and other enrichment activities. Members will be surveyed for ideas about allocation of funds raised this school year.
