Flyer Approval and Distribution Process
Phoenix Elementary School District uses an electronic flyer approval/distribution system called Peachjar. It is an innovative flyer management system that sends school-approved digital flyers directly to parents’ email inboxes and posts them online to the district’s and each school’s website. Parents and community members can easily find and view flyers.
If you would like to promote events, programs, and activities to our school community, and request flyer approval, follow the steps below:
- Visit peachjar.com and register as a Program Provider
- Upload your flyer for approval
Once your flyer has been submitted to Peachjar, it will be automatically routed to our District Office for approval, and then emailed as a visually engaging image to all parents who have their email addresses on file at the District. With the exception of internal school communication, paper flyers will no longer be distributed to students. Peachjar charges a nominal fee for this service and is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers to each school.

The Phoenix Elementary School District now uses the Peachjar electronic flyer system to send home school flyers, as well as flyers from community-based organizations.
Parents/guardians who have provided their email addresses will receive emails when school or community-based flyers are made available. If you are not receiving the emails and electronic flyers, please call your school’s office and provide an email address; or you can view all flyers through your school’s website. Every school’s home web page has a Peachjar image. Simply visit your child’s school website and click on the Peachjar image to see flyers for their campus.
