All meetings, with the exception of executive sessions, are open to the public and conducted in accordance with the State Open Meeting Law and Education Laws. Please send your communication to CommunityRelations@PhxSchools.org by 5:30 PM on the day of the board meeting. Please state in the subject line – Community Communication. Include your name and address and your role as a staff member, parent, or community member, along with your communication in the body of the email. If you do not have access to email, please call 602-523-5900 to share your communication. However, the accuracy of your message is not guaranteed if communicated via telephone. Please note your communication will be read aloud during the Governing Board Meeting. It will be limited to 3 minutes.
